1. Automatic airvent valve – Over 0.0065 mpa, automatically release air pressure to ensure a safe operation.
 
2. Upgrading on Protective Out Layer – After testing more than 1000 pieces of flexitanks under different transport conditions, we reached a revolutionary upgrading:
a) Protective out layer of our flexitanks are made of high-tech aramid fibers, and it ahs incomparable advantage at tension and softness against ordinary PP fiber.
b) Each 10 cm between woven of the protective layer, there is a high strengthen zonal reinforcing rib. Their application will make an innovative upgrade in the flexitank safety area.
c) Protective out layer is a 8m seamless tubular construction, which eliminates longitudinal seams making the flexitank safer and more reliable.
 
3 inch ball valve
a) Compared with butterfly valve, ball valve is sealed more closely and with better resistance to pressure. There is no block when valve is open, which makes liquid flow through freely and quickly.
b) In the joint position between internal valve and the flexitank, is added a safety protection device, which prevents inner film layer blocking the valve, and make residual liquid the minimum after discharging.
 
Our technical team are continuously searching and innovating the flexitank application area. We have successfully developed flexitanks that can load high-temperature liquid at 150 degrees and high barrier flexitanks for oxygen sensitive liquids.
